Employers should be allowed to read their employees e-mail

Nowadays the way of communication in our society is changing day by day.

One of the most useful and the example more representative of those changes is the email, something that has simplified our life and how we communicate to each other in the entire world.

The e-mail is used in so many aspects of the society; one of those aspects is our jobs. The e-mail makes our works easier, but how? Well it helps us to communicate more efficient and faster instead of the normal mail that is kind of obsolete. But not all the people in the work use the email for exactly “work”; they use it for many others things that are not related with the work. One solution that employers have proposed is to read their employees email. In fact is a good way to control the lost of time in the work, but it infringe the rights of privacy of the employee.

Maybe making a filter that catches all the emails that are not related with the the job.
